| NCA Run / Walk Race Team Come join the fun!!!! Back by popular demand! The Running/Walking Team will be starting up again. We will be starting a 6 week training program, to participate in the Trick or Treat Trot 5k on Sunday October 28, at Montrose Harbor. Everyone is welcome, students, parents, teachers and staff. No matter what your shape, size or abilities, everyone can walk or run, all you need is a good pair of shoes! Please join us on Thursday, September 13 at 4:30pm in the St. Gertrude Social Hall to find out more, and join us in a 20 minute walk, run or run/walk. Training days will be Thursdays at 4:30pm at the St. Gertrude campus and Sundays at 1pm at Foster Beach. We will be providing you with a training schedule. There will be no training in the Winter, we will resume training again in the Spring and will again start our build up to participate in another Spring 5k. We look forward to another fun season.
